The old ways are the best ways...At The Master Fryer we still do things the traditional way; preparing the fish and potatoes each day in the morning so that everything is as fresh as it can possibly be. We only use the best British Maris Piper potatoes cut chunky to absorb less oil and use the finest sustainable fish from the clear waters of our northern and arctic seas. With nothing else added other than some seasoning and a light batter - it's a lot healthier than you might think! |
